CBRE is in an expansive growth phase and we are now looking for another Property Technician for one of our clients operating in Gävle/Valbo/Sandviken. We offer a varied job with great responsibility and engaged colleagues. You will work in a team with one of our clients and ensure they receive the best possible service. Travel may occur as part of the job.
As a Property Technician, your role is to ensure a well-functioning delivery by performing service and maintenance according to the contract. The role requires a strong ability to work independently but also in teams and to be able to lead others. You will work proactively and handle fault reports. In your role as a Property Technician, you will also work on smaller projects and in some tasks together with the client and subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in service and maintenance of client properties and certain property technical systems.
- Perform service and repairs of doors and door automation. Troubleshooting of automatic gates, barriers, doors, loading bridges, etc.
- Some outdoor maintenance may occur depending on the season.
- Work according to CBRE's routines as well as environmental, health, and safety policies.
- Assist in risk analyses together with colleagues and subcontractors.
- Ensure that work is performed according to applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
- Calculate working time and material costs for work orders and follow up that the task is performed and reported correctly.
- Continuously improve the delivery of the work assignment by receiving feedback from operations technicians, technicians, supervisors, team leaders, production leaders, engineers, production planners, as well as internal and external clients.
We are looking for someone who is/has:
- Several years of experience in property maintenance and property operations
- Previous experience as a door installer, locksmith, or similar is an advantage.
- Knowledge of technical installations related to property operations and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of the Windows Office suite.
- Driver's license (B).
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Service-minded, outgoing, and unpretentious.
